Company
Spinning out of the work itself.
CONQER Systems is a technology company coming out of social services and care operations. Agencies are accountable for care, compliance, and logistics at the same time. Most software asks them to pick one.
The first product is Conqer EHR. It exists because the tools agencies are handed rarely match the way programs actually run — shifts, medications, documentation standards, vehicles, and the people responsible for all of it.
We are building a suite. Conqer EHR is the foundation: clinical case management, a digital MAR, audit-ready documentation, and operations analytics, hosted on Google Cloud under a BAA. Conqer Roster, Conqer Signal, and Conqer Ledger are named on the roadmap so partners can see the direction. They are not products you can buy today.
Buyers we write for are agency owners and program directors. The standard is software they can put in front of staff and still defend when a reviewer asks for the record.

How a pilot actually runs.
01
A working session
We start with how your programs run today: cases, medication, documentation, and the operational pieces directors still track beside the EHR.
02
A scoped pilot
Conqer EHR is tried against a real workflow, not a scripted tour. Scope is agreed in that conversation. The public price is on the pricing page.
03
A line back to the product
Design partners have a direct path into what ships next. The pilot is meant to change the software, not only to evaluate it.
