Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access and sign-in
- Access is role-based.
- Sign-in can use a second factor.
Audit logs and backups
- Actions are written to an audit log.
- Backups run automatically every day.
Business Associate Agreement
- We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer before any resident data is entered.
