CONQER Systems is a technology company that builds secure, web-based software for any organization that requires clinical documentation: community care, residential care, assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, IDD and developmental services, and behavioral health and case management.
CONQER EHR is our electronic health record for residential and community care. It brings eMAR, documentation, case management and operations into one record.
$289 a month for the organization, plus $10 a month for each staff seat. No implementation fee, and no long contract. 5,000 AI calls are included every month.
Yes. Alongside clinical documentation, our software supports workforce management: staff scheduling, training and credentials tracking, and day-to-day workforce operations.
Yes. Upload an export, see a preview of exactly what will import and what gets skipped, then approve it. We support Therap (demographics, eMAR, incident/GER, ISP programs), PointClickCare (progress notes) and spreadsheets. Migration is included.
CONQER Systems is hosted on Google Cloud. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and backups run automatically every day.
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer before any resident data is entered.
A coming-soon product that drafts policies and manuals, and tracks standards and evidence for CARF, Joint Commission and state licensing. It is not yet purchasable.
