Who owns the data?

Your data is yours. Anything you create in CONQER is yours to keep, including policies, manuals, and forms.

Is migration included?

Migration from your current platform is included. You run it, and we're here for questions. Upload an export from Therap (demographics, eMAR, incident/GER, ISP programs), PointClickCare (progress notes), or a spreadsheet. You see a preview of exactly what will import and what gets skipped, then you approve it. Social Security numbers are never imported.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the card for about two weeks. If it is still unpaid after that, the account goes read-only until it is paid. Editing comes back automatically once the overdue payment goes through. If it hasn't returned within a few minutes, sign out and back in.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel anytime. Every cancellation of the base plan and of staff seats takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Nothing is canceled immediately, and there are no prorated refunds. Each of those is canceled separately. The Accreditation Engine is coming soon, at a planned price of $500/month, and is not yet purchasable.

What about security and a BAA?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer before any resident data is entered.
