Hosting, HIPAA, and what we will say plainly.

Google Cloud and a BAA

Conqer EHR is hosted on Google Cloud under Google's HIPAA BAA. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer before any resident data is entered. Opening this website or the employee portal does not sign that agreement by itself. Configuration, workforce practice, and your own policies still matter.

The employee portal at app.conqer.org is for people who already have access. This marketing site does not offer public registration for charts or protected health information, and CONQER Systems is not hosted as a live product on conqer.org.

HIPAA, without a fake seal

HIPAA is a legal framework, not a product badge. Conqer EHR is being built for agencies that create and maintain protected health information: access-aware product design, documentation that can be reviewed, and a cloud host that signs a BAA.

There is no official HIPAA certification to hang on a website. We do not display SOC 2, HITRUST, or other attestation seals. If that changes, this page will change with the evidence.

This marketing site

conqersystems.com does not ask for health information. The demo form validates in the browser and opens an email to sales@conqer.org. It is not stored by a CONQER application server in this version. The marketing companion is not running on this static site, so no chat is sent from these pages. See the privacy policy for how this site treats contact details.
