Accreditation Engine: CARF and survey prep add-on

The Accreditation Engine is coming soon, at $500/month as an add-on. Contact sales@conqer.org to be notified when it's available.

1. Upload your standards manual. Use a PDF, Word (.docx) or text file up to 50 MB, from CARF, The Joint Commission, COA, your state, or another body. You upload your own licensed copy, and CONQER doesn't share it.
2. Build your standards checklist. CONQER reads the manual's table of contents or numbered standards and lists them for you.
3. Draft documents with AI. Pick a standard and CONQER drafts a matching policy, form or staff handbook section, based on the text of your manual.
4. Review and approve. An admin or manager accepts or rejects every draft. Nothing is published automatically.
5. Publish. Approved policies go to your document library, and approved forms go to your forms library.
6. Link your evidence between each standard, its policies and forms, and your compliance work.
7. Plan your surveys. Track real surveys, mock surveys, self-assessments and deadlines on a calendar.

Each draft is marked as a draft. Have a qualified consultant or attorney review it before you adopt it. CONQER doesn't guarantee accreditation.

Once the add-on is available, it includes 60 AI drafting runs per month, separate from your plan's 5,000 AI calls, so accreditation work never uses up your team's charting AI. Uploads don't count toward that limit.

Once the add-on is available, you can cancel the Accreditation Engine on its own from your admin console, and your CONQER plan keeps running. You can also contact us to cancel.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. It never happens immediately, and there are no partial refunds. If you cancel on the second day of a billing period, you keep full access until that period ends.
• What you create is yours. Policies, handbook sections and forms you publish go to your regular document and forms libraries. They stay there after the add-on ends, and you can keep using, editing and exporting them with your CONQER plan.
• Revisions are welcome while you're subscribed. Surveyors often ask for changes. As long as the add-on is active, you can redraft and republish as often as you need, within your monthly AI drafting runs.
• Publish before your period ends. After the add-on ends, the engine itself locks. That includes unpublished drafts, your standards checklist, evidence links and the survey calendar. We keep them, and they come back if you subscribe again once the add-on is available.

Once the add-on is available, a failed card is retried by Stripe while you keep full access. If the add-on stays unpaid after the retries end, the engine locks again. Your CONQER plan isn't affected.
